By accessing or using claudewise.com ("the Website"), operated by ClaudeWise ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

ClaudeWise provides digital products including but not limited to eBooks, templates, guides, toolkits, and educational content related to Claude AI for professionals. We also publish editorial content in the form of blog articles and insights.

3. Digital Products & Purchases

3.1 Product Delivery

All products sold on the Website are digital goods. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased products via download link or email. No physical goods are shipped.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.3 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Mollie and/or PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us at support@claudewise.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Under EU consumer protection law, you acknowledge that by purchasing and downloading digital content, you may waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the download or access begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 30-day guarantee is offered voluntarily and exceeds the statutory minimum.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Licence

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or create derivative works from our products without written permission.

5.2 Copyright

All content on the Website — including text, images, graphics, code, and digital products — is owned by ClaudeWise or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website's functionality.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
